Lina Lindgren is a Finance and Administration Officer. She works with the financial management of donor‑funded programmes, including budgeting, financial monitoring, reporting, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. She also supports audit processes, internal controls, and risk management across the Institute’s operations. Lina has a background in accounting and financial advisory services in Sweden, with experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. She has contributed to strengthening financial procedures and internal control frameworks in various organisational settings.

Before relocating to Sweden, Lina worked in Ukraine in both private and goverment sector in roles related to education, public relations, and translation. Her work involved supporting communication processes, facilitating information exchange among stakeholders, and contributing to projects requiring multilingual and multicultural expertise. She holds qualifications in international accounting and finance and has a Master’s degree in Language Interpretation and Translation. Additionally, she has studied International Management and Business Administration. Lina is fluent in English and Swedish and is a native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian.
