Jenny Simonsson joined RWI in 2023 as Head of Human Resources and has more than 15 years’ experience as an HR generalist. Her areas of expertise include strategic and operational HR, organisational development, employee relations, recruitment, and HR transformation. Before joining RWI, Jenny held HR roles in the technology and energy sectors, working with organisations undergoing growth, change and digital transformation. She has a particular interest in developing modern, technology-enabled HR practices and sustainable and inclusive working environments.
She studied Human Resources for five years at Lund University and Högskolan i Kristianstad.
