Dr. Sayed Nooroddin Alavi is an RWI Research Fellow, Afghan sociologist, and former Professor of Sociology at Kabul University. With more than twenty years of experience in research, teaching, and policy analysis, his work focuses on gender, migration, political sociology, identity, and social transformation in Afghanistan.
