Anahit Kirakosyan is a senior accounting and finance professional with over 15 years of experience in financial management, accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and audit across international companies and organizations. She currently serves as Senior Accountant at Europarfumes Ltd., a US-based company, where she oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reconciliations.
Before joining Europarfumes, Anahit was Senior Accountant at One Planet Studios Armenia LLC, where she managed the accounting department, established accounting policies in line with Armenian legislation, and oversaw financial reporting and tax compliance. She also worked at Management Systems International (MSI) on a USAID-supported program, providing accounting support, processing invoices and payments, managing payroll and tax reporting, preparing financial statements and budgets, and ensuring that financial transactions were supported by appropriate documentation. Her experience also includes working as Senior Accountant at SCDM LLC, a subsidiary of Deloitte Audit Analytics GmbH, where she managed accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
Anahit began her career in accounting and finance in Armenia, gaining experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting before moving into audit and advisory services. From 2012 to 2015, she worked as an Auditor at Grant Thornton Armenia, participating in audit engagements and preparing audit documentation and reports. She subsequently joined BDO Armenia as an Accountant-Consultant, providing accounting and tax advisory services. Her earlier professional experience also includes work with the State Fund of Social Insurance of Armenia, where she was involved in financial and social insurance reporting and international cooperation.
Anahit holds a degree in Economics from Yerevan State University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Her expertise includes financial statement preparation, budgeting and variance analysis, tax compliance, audit coordination, payroll, and accounting systems, including Xero, Sage, NetSuite, QuickBooks, and 1C. She is fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian.
