RWI invites suppliers to submit tenders for the design, development, and maintenance of a system for monitoring compliance with International Humanitarian Law (IHL) as part of its ongoing International Humanitarian Law Compliance Monitoring Database (ICMD) project.
The procurement covers the development and maintenance of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), with an option to further develop and maintain a Full Scale Product (FSP).
Tenders shall be submitted by email to icmdinfo@rwi.lu.se. Suppliers intending to submit a tender are requested to notify RWI in advance to receive updates or changes. The deadline for submission is 23 August 2026.
