The study addresses a set of interrelated questions that examine how the e-Civil Court system has influenced institutional efficiency as well as the protection of fair trial guarantees and data privacy. It further explores how different groups, including judges, court staff, lawyers, and policymakers, experience and interpret the shift toward electronic case processing. Finally, the study considers the ethical aspects of expanding the use of digital tools and introducing AI in the judiciary, with particular attention to how such developments can remain consistent with human rights guarantees.
