Anna Matchenko is a Programme Associate at the Ukraine Office of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (RWI). In her role, she supports financial and administrative processes, including financial reporting, invoice processing, document management, operational coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Before joining RWI, Anna worked as an Executive Assistant in several business projects, including an e-commerce company in children’s clothing and an art print brands. Her experience includes financial administration, reporting, supplier and client communication, HR support, recruitment and onboarding, CRM administration, process optimization, coordination of cross-functional teams, and design support for print and digital materials.
In addition, Anna has experience in NGO and charity initiatives, having been a core team member. In this role, she supported the planning and coordination of charitable projects focused on assistance to children and World War II veterans in the Kharkiv region. She contributed to the implementation of multiple initiatives, including regular charitable events for children, support activities during COVID-19, and trips for veterans from the region.
Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Publishing and Printing Technologies from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics. She speaks Ukrainian and English.
