Lucia Fernanda Garcia Encinas is a Research Intern at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute (RWI), where she contributes to the “Fair Transitions in Colombia” project by applying her economic perspective to support inclusive energy transitions, ensuring human rights as a central action. She is from Bolivia and a current Master’s in Economics student at Lund University; she has a background in socio-environmental and development research in different institutions in Bolivia and in Germany. She has also been a volunteer in climate advocacy in her country, where she has led national leadership networks intending to improve and adapt rules and laws.
