Helena Dandenell joined the RWI Board of Trustees in 2025. She is a lawyer with extensive experience as both arbitrator and litigator. Her many assignments alongside her commercial disputes practice have included serving as Swedish member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris and as board member of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. She has also received governmental appointments, including as a member of the Disciplinary Board of Public Accountants within the Swedish Inspectorate of Auditors.
Today, Helena dedicates her time primarily on research finance. She chairs several research focused foundations spanning a wide range of disciplines, among them Olle Engkvists Stiftelse and Norrsken Mind.
