RWI General Terms and Conditions for Professional Services (version dated 2026-09-17)
The above documents (collectively the “Documents”) form an integral part of contracts for professional services signed between RWI and Contractors. By having signed such a contract, the Contractor and RWI have acknowledged to have read and understood the Documents, and have agreed to be bound in all relevant parts by the provisions contained in the Documents.
In case of any uncertainty regarding usage of the Documents, Contractors shall contact their designated RWI contact person.
