INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS
The Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (RWI) invites you to submit a proposal for Consultancy for the Development of Specialised Training Modules on Emergency Procedures and the Management of High-Risk Offenders.
This is a competitive process, and suitable candidates will be sourced through an open call. Interested parties should submit proposals in accordance with the Terms of Reference for Development of Specialised Training Modules on Emergency Procedures and the Management of High-Risk Offenders below and the Form for Submission of Proposals (Annex 1).
The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous proposal according to a best price-quality ratio as described in Annex 2, Eligibility and Selection of Proposals.
