Ali Hasanov is an Intern at the National Human Rights Institutions Programme, based in RWI’s Lund office. He supports the team with research and other activities related to national human rights institutions and human rights protection. Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Baku State University’s SABAH programme and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Human Rights Law at Lund University. Prior to joining RWI, he gained professional experience through internships at Azerbaijan’s National Human Rights Institution and courts, as well as through work with human rights NGOs. His academic and professional interests include international human rights law, national human rights institutions, and access to justice.
