In the Middle East and North Africa region, the Raoul Wallenberg Institute is cooperating with academic institutions to develop their capacity to provide resources needed for institutions and individuals in Arab societies to better promote and protect human rights. The Raoul Wallenberg Institute’s partners currently include academic institutions from four Arab countries. With academic partners, the Arab Academic Human Rights Network was established in April 2010.
