In Belarus, the Raoul Wallenberg Institute cooperates with Belarus State University and other academic institutions to promote human rights education and gender equality by means of developing capacity of university teachers, strengthening library resources, developing teaching curricula and scientific research, and supporting exchanges and study visits.
