On 25 April, Mr Thomas Hammarberg, former Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe, Professor Leila Nadya Sadat, Whashington University Law School and Judge Almiro Rodrigues, Constitutional Court of Kosovo engaged in a panel debate evolving the theme “Evolving Edges; Prevention, Protection & Punishment How to Meet Challenges in a Changing World”. The debate was moderated by the former CNN journalist, Mr Todd Benjamin.
