
Graciela Moreno Niño is an intern in the Research and Education department at RWI’s Lund office. Graciela is in the second year of the Lund University Masters’s programme in International Human Rights Law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla, and is pursuing a specialisation in public security, her area of greatest interest. She has worked in the legal department of the Federal Ministerial Police in Mexico, focusing on human rights violations committed by state authorities, and was involved as a volunteer on multiple occasions with an NGO dedicated to promoting social reintegration and respect for human rights in Mexican prisons. During her internship at RWI, Graciela will focus on our cooperation with National Human Rights Institutions.
