Edwina Magnus is currently studying a Master’s degree in International Human Rights Law at Lund University. She has returned to her native Sweden from the UK after completing her LL.B at the University of Edinburgh where she received First Class Honours. Her studies have thus far specialised in comparative legal history, constitutional law and jurisprudence. She is currently in the process of publishing her dissertation and sees a future in legal research.
Parallel to her studies Edwina has balanced a range of legal and administrative roles in both finance and at law firms. She has volunteered at Amnesty International and engaged in student organisations with a focus on international law. She is humbled and excited to be play a part in the running of the RWI library, as a pillar of furthering human rights research.
