Christer Thordson is a former General Counsel and director of IKEA Group (INGKA Holding BV).
He has been a lawyer at Vinge Law firm in London 1985 -1987 and Senior Legal Counsel of NCC International in Stockholm 1987-1990. He is engaged at Leiden Faculty of Law in the Advanced Master of International Civil and Commercial Law since 2012. He is a founder and director of Legal Edge AB.
He is a chairman of the Fryshuset Foundation in Sweden as well as the Foundation for Entrepreneurship at Lund University. He is a board member of several companies including Avicii Music.
Christer Thordson is Master of Laws from Uppsala University and has a degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
He is Member of the Board of RWI since 2017.
