Abstract:
Aimed at environmental protection, environmental administrative public interest litigation safeguards the environmental rights of citizens by means of administrative litigation. If the government power is not subject to proper supervision and control, abuse of power may ensue, resulting in greater damage to the public interest in the environment. To gain an insight into problems and find effective solutions to such problems, it is necessary to study cases in recent years in Asian countries and probe into the strength and weakness of the similar systems in each country.
