Abstract:

This study examines the environment of displaced people in the Veal Sbov community in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Focusing on (1) the impact of the environmental threats to the their enjoyment of rights after displacement, (2) to explore the relationship of human rights and environment, and (3) to access whether or not, and to what extent the explicit recognition of the rights to a healthy environment would improve the situation for displaced people.
