The Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law had the privilege to take part in the organising of a Workshop on Human Rights in Windhoek/Swakopmund, Namibia, 18 to 24 February 1991. The Purpose of the workshop was essentially to disseminate human rights prescribed for the Namibian Constitution and in various international agreements
The present volume contains a report of the workshop as well as adresses and statements made during the workshop.
