Henrik is a lawyer by training and has previously worked as Assistant Judge, Legal Officer for the Police and for the Prosecution Services in Sweden, Associate Expert to the UN Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme, Judicial System Assessment Officer, and Head of a Regional Office of the Independent Judicial Commission in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is associated with RWI since 1993 and took up his current post as Programme Officer in 2006. Since 2012 he is primarily working with the Institute’s programme for Belarus.
