Leif Ljungholm is Member of the Swedish Bar and Partner of Glimstedt, one of the larger law firms in Sweden. He was President of the Swedish Bar Association 1996 – 1999 and represented the Swedish Bar Association in IBA’s (International Bar Association) Council 1997 – 2000. Leif Ljungholm has held several commissions of trust within the Swedish Bar Association, e.g. Member of the Vocational Council 1981 – 1987, Member of the Board 1988 – 1994 and Bar Admission Examiner 2002 – 2005. He is since 1997 a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Emil Heijne’s Foundation for Jurisprudential Research. Since 2010 he is a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Swedish Bar Association and a member of the Swedish Press Council since 2011. He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute since 2000.
